چکیده
The work examines the process of cold three-dimensional stamping, which is a very effective method manufacturing blanks for machine parts. When using extrusion, high-cost stamping equipment wears out quickly and defects appear on finished products. development rational technological processes helps to solve tasks expanding possibilities extrusion by reducing specific force perceived punches, finding optimal shape punch, testing different grades steel in order select them according best operational properties. radial was theoretically investigated its mathematical model built based energy method, allows analysis mode kinematics metal flow, determine relative deformation, construct velocity fields flow zones, already from these data calculate total deformations resolution made it possible formulate recommendations production increasing durability die equipment.
